We went out to the country today for some apple picking fun. Well, actually we like the stuff that goes with apple picking more than the actual picking! Today we hung out with the farm animals, rode a long hayride, drank apple cider and had fresh apple cider doughnuts. Oh-we did pick some apples up off the ground that had fallen. I figure the appeal of actually picking doesn't come until you are a little older. It was a beautiful day and it just happens to be my birthday. It was a great way to spend the big day with my little guy. Check out the three little pigs with their houses right out of the story! The goats were pretty funny too.
